Questions
When does pricing start mattering?
During early access every tier is free. We'll announce paid pricing 30 days before it goes into effect, and Growth-tier teams get an automatic transition discount.
What counts as a “monitored agent”?
Any agent identity that posts heartbeats, detection events, or remediation traces within a workspace billing period — across long-running services, batch jobs, and scheduled runs.
Is Scale available today?
No — Scale is a roadmap slot reserved for the next launch window. Reserve early and we'll onboard you first when it ships.
Can we move between tiers mid-cycle?
Yes. Tiers are workspace-scoped; you upgrade, downgrade, or add a Scale reservation from the dashboard, and the change takes effect on the next monitoring cycle.
